Advertising - Print/Web	Description and examples of use
Print Ad - Directory	Paid advertisement in a printed directory (use "Web - Banner Ad" for electronic rights)
Print Ad - Event Program	Paid advertisement in a printed program at a sporting or entertainment event.
Print Ad - Free-standing insert	Removable printed insert in a newspaper or magazine
Print Ad - Magazine and Newspaper	Paid advertisement in a printed magazine or newspaper - use "Web - Banner Ad" for electronic rights
Web - Banner Ad	Paid advertisement appearing on the Internet. Includes banner ads, pop-ups, buttons and other paid on-line ads.
Web - Corporate or Promotional Site	Commercial or promotional use on a web site, including as a design element on a corporate web site. (does not include paid advertising, e.g. banner ad)
Web - Email	Promotional e-mail sent directly to individuals
Web - Personal Wireless Device	Commercial or promotional use on a cell phone, PDA or other personal wireless device

Displays - Indoor/Outdoor	Description and examples of use
Billboard	Outdoor billboard or wall mural (including electronic or moving billboards.) If you require a larger than standard file size, please contact your local office for further details on the availability for your image and applicable fees.
Electronic Display	Promotional or paid advertisement appearing on the screen of an ATM, electronic Kiosk or other small electronic display not to exceed 2ft by 2ft (or equivalent area).
In-Store Display or Poster	Poster, display or banner promoting a company, product or service
Outdoor Poster or Transit Ad	A poster sized promotional piece. Also, display of any size on a public transport vehicle, car or bike (use "In-Store Display or Poster" if it will be displayed at the point of purchase, use "Billboard" if poster is larger than 24 square feet).
Table Tent or Counter Card	Small displays used at the point of purchase promoting a product or service (use "In-Store Display or Poster" if larger than 1 square foot)
Trade Show Panel or Presentation	Panel or Banner displayed at a trade show. Also, any electronic, video or live presentation use at a tradeshow.

Brochure or Marketing Collateral	Description and examples of use
Annual Report or Financial Report	Corporate or institutional annual financial report, quarterly report or IPO report distributed externally to investors or shareholders. Rights include a single PDF placement on the investor relations page only of the company's web site for the duration of the license.
Brochure or Direct Mail	Printed material which is designed with a cover and interior. Includes brochures, direct mail pieces, envelopes, sales catalogs, folders and pamphlets.
Electronic Only Brochure	A brochure distributed only via electronic means such as a download from a web-site or e-mailed upon request to customers.
External Newsletter/Corporate Magazine	A publication similar in format to a magazine or newspaper with editorial-like content (e.g. a monthly customer magazine).
External Presentation or Report	Electronic or printed material shown or distributed as part of a live presentation (use "Trade Show or Presentation" for Trade Show related presentations)
Non-Retail Calendar	A Calendar used as a giveaway item to promote a business, organization, group or cause. Not for Retail Sale.
Non-Retail Card	A single folded sheet for use in a corporate, organizational or group's invitation, greeting, thank you, or holiday card, includes electronic versions. (Use Brochure or Direct Mail if: folded dimensions are greater than 5" by 7" or Print Run is greater than 10,000 or duration is longer than one year)
Press Kit or Press Release	Reports released to the news media
Sales CD, DVD or Video	A promotional CD, DVD or Video sent to customers or prospects. Includes packaging and content use.
Sales Give-Aways	A promotional item, usually complimentary, given to customers and sales prospects. Includes promotional calendars, t-shirts, mouse pads, coffee mugs and all other promotional trinkets. (Use "Non-Retail Calendar" for calendars and "Non-Retail Card" for cards)
Single Sheet or Postcard	A single, unfolded printed piece (use "Brochure or Direct Mail" if piece is a single sheet but folded). Includes postcard mailers, coupons, ad-reprints, corporate stationery and flyers.

Book Cover - Retail Book	Cover of a retail book or the packaging of an electronic retail book, book on tape or other removable media.
Book Cover - Textbook	Cover of an educational textbook or the packaging of an electronic textbook, book on tape or other removable media. (for non-fiction books use "Book Cover - Retail Book")
Book Interior - Retail Book	Editorial use on the inside of a retail book
Book Interior - Textbook	Editorial use on the inside of a textbook. (for non-fiction books use "Book Interior - Retail Book")

Publishing - News/Mag/Web	Description and examples of use
Editorial - Contract Publication	A corporate-sponsored publication in the format of a magazine with editorial content. Image can only be used in the context of an editorial article providing information of general interest and without direct promotion of the corporation's product or service. PDF rights are included. Web site usage outside of a PDF requires an additional license.
Editorial - Magazine Cover	Cover of a magazine
Editorial - Magazine Interior	Inside of a magazine (no advertising, promotion or commercial use of any kind)
Editorial - Newspaper	Inside of a newspaper (no advertising, promotion or commercial use of any kind)
Editorial - Web or Electronic	Web or electronic editorial use (no advertising, promotion or commercial use of any kind)

Internal Company Use	Description and examples of use
Internal Brochure or Collateral	Internal brochure, newsletter or other collateral distributed only to employees of your company.
Internal Company Pack	Unlimited internal company usage within the duration you select. This pack includes all uses within the category of Internal Company Use.
